The new online system EOLIS

On 7th March 2011 we replace our current online system by a modern, powerful, userfriendly system, the Euler Hermes Online Information-System (EOLIS).

To get a picture of EOLIS we provide you with a demo application (only available in German). This flash film guides you step by step through the functions of EOLIS. Please click on the link on the right to enter the demo.

Popupblocker

Please make sure to add the following internet address to your popupblocker to access our service:

Favorites Function / Clear Arrangement

On the starting page you can immediately see the last decisions and the open requests. Furthermore you have the possibility to bookmark recurring actions in your personal favourites list. You can also create favourites for the most used contracts or extensions.

Performance Improvements

By optimising our system architecture we made the download of customer lists even faster! Our current Mini Download will be the Standard and can be loaded as xls-file too now. The current Standard Download will be the Maxi Download which is processed in the background. You can continue to work with EOLIS and after a short wait the file is ready for download.

In comparison to the previous Standard Download the following has changed for the new Maxi Download:

Empty columns removed
Version removed
Number removed
Reference_No (old Euler Hermes reference) removed
Country (long notation) removed
Decision_code Character code instead of number code (e.g. 10 = OK)
Decision long notation without code
Reference_No_Joint1-20 (old Euler Hermes reference) removed

Easier Upload Possibilities

Uploading made easy! While creating the upload file you always have access to an integrated help. In addition to the written confirmation of the upload you can download the result directly in EOLIS the next day.

Buyer Storage Function

A buyer selected is stored until you select a different buyer or log out. At any time you can call another function with the same buyer via the Quick menu. Of course you can change the buyer after switching the function too.

Euler Hermes BoniCheck Classification (if activated)

The previous classification is replaced by a numeric grade. Please learn the mapping from the following table:

Please note: The status "pending decision" is indicated by an additional marking with a star beside the current grade!

New Security Standards

For security reasons you will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity. For your own safety the password has to be changed after 90 days at latest. The password rules have been adjusted as well:

Minimum 8 characters long
Pre- and surname not allowed
Must be different to the 10 previous passwords
Must have 3 of 4 different conditions: small letters, big letters, number, special characters
