The new online system EOLIS BoniCheck

On 7th March 2011 we replace our current online system by a modern, powerful, userfriendly system, the Euler Hermes Online Information-System (EOLIS).

Popupblocker

Please make sure to add the following internet address to your popupblocker to access our service:

Grade History

For a better monitoring of your requested companies an entry takes place only with a change of the grade. The entries of the last 12 months before request date are indicated at least. Grade changes are added to the list.

Euler Hermes BoniCheck Classification

The previous classification is replaced by a numeric grade. Please learn the mapping from the following table:

Please note: The status "pending decision" is indicated by an additional marking with a star beside the current grade!

E-Mail Service

Information about grade changes can be received by e-mail. You can activate this service by contacting our EOLIS Support.

Favorites Function / Clear Arrangement

On the starting page you have the possibility to bookmark recurring actions in your personal favourites list. You can also create favourites for the most used contracts or extensions.

Direct access to all your contracts functions, no matter what page you are on!

Performance Improvements

By optimising our system architecture we made the download of partner lists even faster! In comparison to the previous download, which is now also available in the excel format, the following has changed:

Countrycode instead of long name

10 instead of 12 history entries
New order of columns
History with actual date of change instead of last day of month

Easier Upload Possibilities

Uploading made easy! While creating the upload file you always have access to an integrated help.

Storage Function

A partner selected is stored until you select a different partner or log out. At any time you can call another function with the same partner via the Quick menu.

New Security Standards

For security reasons you will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity. For your own safety the password has to be changed after 90 days at latest. The password rules have been adjusted as well:

Minimum 8 characters long
Pre- and surname not allowed
Must be different to the 10 previous passwords
Must have 3 of 4 different conditions: small letters, big letters, number, special characters
