Carnet A.T.A.
You do not want to export goods permanently, but to take them out of Germany temporarily, i.e. the European Single Market. To do this, you must supply the Customs authority of the importing country with security that you will pay import duties if the goods you have imported are not re-exported. The best way to do this is to supply a Carnet A.T.A..
