1983: After completing his law studies, including a period in Moscow as a scholarship holder for Slavic studies, Dr. Janus joins Euler Hermes as a member of the Legal Department. He is active in a variety of management positions in the fields of political claims and rescheduling agreements under the government export guarantee scheme which Euler Hermes administers on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany

1994: Dr. Hans Janus is appointed to the Board of Management of Euler Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG
