Therefore you have individual instructors in our different divi-sions, which are characterized particularly by their longtime experience and their founded knowledge about the training. And because we believe in practice, you must not exclusively deal with theoretical learning contents, but join in actively from the very first day – that is what we call learning by doing.
Apart from the practical training and theoretical instruction at the vocational school or the Wirtschaftsakademie, you get the opportunity of working on projects in order to emphasize your team ability. In addition we offer the chance to independently work on a scientific topic in an annual composition, thus contribute a valuable share to our enterprise’s development.
